Alien is a simulant buddy that can appear in Perfect Dark's Co-op mode. He is unlocked by completing the Attack Ship: Covert Assault mission in under 5:17 on Special Agent.
Analysis
Alien is simply a Maian Protector, armed with the RC-P120, a powerful submachine gun. He has no unique behavior pattern, as he behaves the same as a generic enemy guard with an assault rifle. However, he is very skilled and efficient with his weapon of choice. Note that like Elvis, his small stature makes his running speed slower than normal and can easily fall behind the player.

Trivia
- He is the permanent ally version of the Maian soldiers from Attack Ship and the bonus mission WAR!, though rather than wielding the Callisto NTG, his weapon of choice is the superior RC-P120 instead. His speech lines are the same as the other Maian Protectors, as well, which are unintelligible.
- As with all Maians, when Alien is shot and wounded, he bleeds green blood, and when he dies, his eyelids will close.
- Due to the RC-P120's fire rate being 1100 rounds per minute (though damage is the same as the CMP-150), Alien packs the fastest automatic weapon among all Buddies, and therefore rivals Hit and Run's more powerful but slightly slower 950RPM K7 Avenger assault rifle in overall performance at attacking heavily armed or shield enemies.
